Consent to Personal Data Processing

1. Giving consent

By selecting the consent checkbox and submitting the form on basis-platform.ru, I freely and knowingly consent to the processing of my personal data by the controller identified above on the following terms.

The checkbox is not preselected. This consent is given separately from acceptance of other documents and cookie preferences.

2. Data

First and last name, patronymic (if provided), email, phone number, country, product of interest, solution (if selected), request purpose, preferred contact method, organization, job title and message.

When the request is received, its ID, date and time, confirmation of consent and the language in which it was given, notification-delivery records and technical identifiers preventing duplicate submissions are stored.

3. Purposes

Reviewing my request for a demonstration, pricing or discussion of my requirements, clarifying requirements, contacting me, arranging and providing a demonstration, and preparing a response or proposal relating to my enquiry.

This consent does not cover marketing communications or website analytics.

4. Processing and recipients

Collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, granting access, blocking of personal data, deletion and destruction, by automated and non-automated means.

Authorized staff have access to the data. The controller may engage hosting and email providers for necessary processing under agreements requiring confidentiality and data protection. This consent does not authorize making data available to the general public.

5. Duration

This consent remains valid until the purposes of my enquiry have been fulfilled, until 12 months (365 days) after submission, or until I withdraw it, whichever occurs first. Processing may continue on another lawful basis only to the necessary extent and for the applicable period.

6. Withdrawal

I may withdraw consent by writing to the controller’s email or postal address shown above. To help locate my request, I provide the contact details used when submitting it and the request ID, if known.

After withdrawal, the controller stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days unless the law provides otherwise.
